Return and Refund Policy
Clothing/General Merchandise
- A full refund will be given in your original form of payment if items are returned in the original condition.
- No refunds after 30 days.
- Products may be exchanged for the same items, if defective, within 30 days.
- All clearance items are sold “as is” and cannot be returned.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is related to our error.
- Please return the item(s) via a traceable or insured method. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
- Special order items or items that have been altered, decorated, engraved, customized or otherwise embellished at the request of a customer cannot be returned unless the return is related to our error.
Textbooks
- Textbooks must be in original condition.
- All returns of 50% or more of an original order will be charged a 20% restocking fee when returned due to overstock. Returns should be made within 30 days of purchase.
