Description
Students will learn how to conduct quantitative and qualitative
research of user behavior to inform the design, development, and
ongoing maintenance of digital assets. The course will give
students hands-on experience with the key tools of usability
testing, including prototyping, interviewing, site surveys, and
site analytics.
